HP Officejet Pro 8500 Wireless

The describe for HP Office Pro 8500 is high price budget with best quality. You spend about one until two hours with this machine and you will forget the price. In this model you will get wireless autoduplexer; automatic document feeder; easy to use 3.4-inch LCD touch screen; painless 802.11b/g wireless setup; industry-leading print speeds; and excellent quality prints. Like human this machine alsa has bad things like lacks autodial fax buttons, bluetooth, and a dual paper input tray.

The Pro 8500 exactly has capacity paper trays larger than the J6480 (the old generation), with 19.45 inches wide by 18.86 inches deep and 13.03 inches tall. This HP model doesn't have bigger screen like its competitor but there is no problem and big sreen isn't always necessarily better. Even HP has smaller screen, it provides a highly functional and easy to use. You can see HP home screen shows option menus including Copy, Fax, Scan, and Photo preferences, a quick setup menu, and a graphical gauge that indicate almost precisely how much ink that left in the tanks. The rest of the front panel has a full telephone keypad for typing in fax numbers.

For installing printers to computer,HP gives you simple and easy way connectivity. There are three options to pair the Pro 8500 to a host computer: over a network with the built-in Ethernet port, direct connection through a USB 2.0 cord, and through 802.11 b/g networking. If you follow the instruction well you will successfully paired the printer with your desktop computer in less than 10 minutes. Even the Pro 8500 gives slowly guides to you through the setup with onscreen instructions you will almost have little trouble to follow and troubleshoot. Finally, since this printer is compatible at the business market, i think this HP more than enough to satiate any small- to medium-size business even it recommended for printers for home.

Lexmark Impact S305

I describe this printers with fast print speeds; inexpensive; easy wireless setup; comprehensive driver features. But there are some bad things like lacks automatic document feeder; small LCD screen. So we can tell this machine with low price tag, simple setup, and straightforward features will match to customer with small budget. There are also extra features like wireless printing and a media card reader, that means this printer impact has solid recommendation.

However S305 is Lexmark's small budget printers for homes but still want the added functionality of a multifunction printer except this printer for home no dedicated fax capability. With this machine you can print, scan, and copy, with ease and impressive speed. The Impact S305 printed faster than every competitor in same level, but also maintained a solid quality rating across every sample print. Even the design not impressive, you will find the printer's speed and efficiency equally satisfying.

Some customers said they like the design and set up and also the price because low enough so it is a good value.
They also happy with the quality of this printer that is outstanding. The unit feels very solid where lots of printers feel very cheaply made. To setup wifi you can do it quickly and PC, Laptop, and Netbook are all connected wirelessly. Price for Ink replacement for this model is cheap.

Since you install it, unit will works fine - scanner, printer, copier. However
setting up the fax was a little difficult, but you will able to do it finally.
The USB connection ON THE EPSON UNIT look difficult to connect it. Whoever designed the hidden connector did not have normal users in mind. You must have very slim fingers and "blind" eyesight to reach it.

Epson WorkForce 1100

This printer could produce tabloid size (11- by 17-inch) paper or larger but didn't think it is expensive, the Epson WorkForce 1100 just $199.99 direct from Epson, it's the cheap tabloid-size printer I've seen yet. Not only printing tabloid size. It also prints on supertabloid paper at up to 13 by 19 inches and on banner paper at up to 13 by 44 inches. The output quality is above par for text, graphics, and photos.

Cause of its lowest price it doesn't have many features. You won't find any photocentric features like printing from memory cards, cameras, or USB memory keys, and also little features for office-centric.If you think the ability of this printer only to print on large-size paper, you wrong because the 1100's paper handling is meager at best, and surprising me it made it with only one tray, a 100-sheet input capacity, no duplexer (for printing on both sides of a page), and no available options. But if you want to share your printer you better don't choose this printer cause it doesn't have USB connection.

Setting up the WorkForce 1100 is standard fare, so itsn't very difficult.The 1100's photo speed was also on the slow side, averaging 2:25 for each 4-by-6 and 5:23 for each 8-by-10. The Officejet 7000 averaged 1:31 for each 4-by-6 and 3:28 for each 8-by-10. So ithink if you want buy printers for home, its reasonable choice.

Lexmark Interact S605

If you have small-business or used for home-office you should be looking for a fast inkjet-based printer for best producing documents and the occasional photo you will get in Lexmark Interact S605. The printer is an all-in-one (AIO) unit with document-printing speeds that most of users prefer this model than competitors. And one of benefit, its photo-output speeds very fast, although at a price: photo quality for larger print sizes is simply the best. However, the price is expensive for home office, and the other way there's some innovation here.

Design of the Interact S605’s is minimalist, sometimes look boring. Cover made mostly of matte-black plastic with good quality, with a silver edging look around the scanner top, there is no fashion plate, looking simple but it have a nice, sturdy body. With 7x20x14 inches, it doesn’t take up an excessive amount of desk space, so if you have small place for it, thats no problem.

If you like A touch-screen LCD, it has it but placed out from the front of the body. The LCD will recessed when you set up the printer for the first time. Itself sized at 4.3 inches,and make you surprise, It displays colors brilliantly, also user-friendly interface, menus that will appear when they are applicable. Overview of LCD start with the right side of the LCD that there are two more touch buttons, one for print/copy/scan and one to halt. These, too, only appear when appropriate. The left side you will find the power on/off, always-present physical button.

Because of performance of this printer, i suggest this model for printers for home. Probably not best printers for home but its good enough.

Epson Stylus Photo 1400 Printer

Spesification :
* Borderless 13" x 19" prints
* CD/DVD printing
* Adobe® Photoshop® Elements
* Prints last up to 200 years1
* Ultra Hi-Definition prints
* 6-color Claria® ink
* Auto color/lighting correction
* DX5™ MicroPiezo® print head
* Individual ink cartridges
* 5760 x 1440 dpi resolution

It's already a long time ago since Epson last updated many models include the 13-inch dye-based model in its popular Stylus Photo line of photo printers. All we know the Stylus Photo 1280 remains us a very popular printer, some of its specs seem a bit outdated. For example, new Epson Stylus Photo 1400 could spray out ink drops as small as about 1.5 picoliters, compared to the 1280's minimum 4-picoliter drop size. And, the 1400 uses six ink cartridges that separate, in other way the 1280 bunched all but its black ink into one cartridge. So if you use the 1400, it won't make you become waste rest of your unused color ink just because the light magenta ran out again.

Talk about ink, most of the 13-inch Stylus Photo line uses pigment-based inks, which in most of fact typically last longer than dye-based inks. However, from Epson says that the dye-based Claria Hi-Definition inks of course used by the 1400 are rated to last as long as 98 years behind glass and even longer in dark room. If you've already used the 1280 in the past, you should notice that the Stylus Photo 1400 prints faster than same models, thanks to its newer DX5 MicroPiezo print head.

For example, Scrapbookers, who often use 12x12-inch paper, i think will choose the Stylus Photo 1400, because of it price for $150 less than the Stylus Photo R1800, which is the next step up in Epson's 13-inch line. When I was in grade school, printers look bad and not eye catching. For me color wasn't an option, and the dot-matrix print engine very noisy. Thankfully, that has changed. Sleek silver-and-black styling keeps the Stylus Photo 1400 is right choice for your printers for home. Despite that, it's still a bit large, measuring 24.2x12.4x8.8 inches when it's all closed up. Once you open it fully to print, the machine grows to 24.2x31.6x16.3 inches. But so far so good, everything is going with no problem, I am surprised that this printer is quite enough, especially placed in the same room as a large format printer with it's constant fan noise.

HP Officejet 4500 All-in-One Printer

The good news is that for a small budget, HP is offering a whole lot of printer with the OfficeJet 4500. The printer has many interesting features, not only does it have built-in wireless, it also offers a fax, a 20-page document feeder, and manual duplexing. The functions are available through a fairly plain interface (no fancy touchscreens here), but they get the job done nicely. All of those features are very easy to use. You navigate options via the two-line, 16-character monochrome LCD and the usual arrow, OK, and back/cancel buttons. The MFP gives no visual cue to confirm that you've selected a setting, just an overly subtle double-beep

That is, with some caveats. Photos take a bit more than average to print (about 1:11 for a 4x6 color photo), but it's well worth the wait. The colors were lush and true, and their sharpness as well. And also good choice for printers for home.

Canon Pixma MP610 Photo All-In-One Inkjet Printer

The PIXMA MP610 All-in-one Photo Printer produces 4x6" photos with spectacular 2400 x 9600 color dpi resolution in more than 21 seconds. Photos printed from compatible memory cards, you can preview images in high resolution on the 2.5" TFT display or print with direct from digital camera DV camcorder or camera phone. Documents copying will be more close to your originals, and scans of photos and even thick notebooks will yield spectacular 9600 x 4800 color dpi results. Print Resolution - Up to 600 x 600 dpi Black, 9600 x 2400 dpi Color Copy Speed - Up to 31 cpm Black as fast as 1.9 seconds per page, 24 cpm Color as fast as 2.5 seconds per page Smart Copying- Optical 4800 x 9600 dpi, Interpolated 19,200 x 19,200 dpi Paper Sizes - Credit Card (2.13x3.39), 4x6, 4x8, 5x7, 8x10, Letter, Legal, U.S. #10 envelopes and Photo Stickers Snap and print, wirelessly - Print wirelessly right from your infrared-enabled mobile camera phone Print Wirelessly - Print from a compatible Bluetooth device in another room an optional USB Bluetooth adapter Media Card Slot, compatible with Windows Vista, Windows XP, 2000 and Mac OS X v.10.2.8 to 10.4.x7 Dimension - Length 17.7 x Width 15.3 x Height 7.4 Weight - 22.0 pounds

Canon always making a great job in their larger all-in-ones desktop friendly, and include the MP610 all-in-one, it replace i860. Everything folds up conveniently (including the very large LCD screen) so it conserves space as well as a machine this size can. Canon builds good printers that work, and this one fits that description. But it's not good as i860, In fact, the print quality of the i860 is quite a bit better. And little things, like the hidden slots for multiple memory cards and the output tray that opens automatically, are reminders of why Canon's printers are so popular.

The Pixma MP610 was a little disappointing in some ways, however, particularly in terms of photo editing. Text printing is very good, copys are good, but scans are only fair, and photos are somewhere in between. The card reader works just like a card reader. The software bundle includes only MP Navigator, a hard-to-use utility that is both clumsy and lightly featured, offering little more than some sharpening and smoothing functions.

The 610 functions well as a color copy machine. If you want to use this printers for home its ok, But you might want to find somewhere that you can actually see it in action before buying it. Maybe for advertising The printer is look great and perfect. Perhaps that's fine for everyday home office use, but if your more of a photo or graphics hobbiest, you probably should look at other models, including those in Canon's own lineup.

Printers Guidance For Everyone

Choosing the right printer can be very confusing. There are several different types of printing technology to choose from, each suited for different needs. Printers come in all shapes and sizes, from tiny travel companions to workgroup workhorses; some are geared toward photographers, others are for multitaskers;some printers for home other for big industries. And the many specifications for resolution and speed can be difficult to choose. As a rule of thumb, inkjet printers are a must for long-lasting photos, while laser printers are best to produce speedy text documents.

That certainly opens up a whole different aspect of decision-making, such as quality and price of course and this time around, you don’t just choose a printer in general. You have to look at the printers’ capabilities and features individually and find the best combination for you.

At this point, you have to consider a lot of different factors. Choosing a printer can be take a long time, but once you find the printer that’s best for you, you’ll certainly be thankful that you spent enough time making the right choice.

Several Factors for Choosing Right Printers

1. High Speed Printing Or Bargain Slower Printer

Do you want a high-speed printer or speed isn’t really important? High-speed printers may be a bit more expensive, so settling for a slower printer can help you save on your purchase. You also have to consider the mix of features included in the printer package. You should look for the printer with the most number of features that you appreciate.

Note : Low speed printer is right choosing for home user, writer/novelist, High speed is right for small busines, large business

2. Specific Printer Needs - Photos or Documents ?

First, consider your specific needs. Ask yourself what you need a printer for. What will you be printing on the printer?

This is the most important question you have to ask yourself. Determine whether you will be printing photos or mostly documents. Also, think about this question on a long-term basis. Don’t just think about your currently planned uses for the printer. Think about what might come up in the future.

Do you think you’ll be printing invitations or flyers using the printer? There are a lot of great printers out there; some are optimized for photo printing by providing very helpful features in photo printing, and these printers are very different from printers that are more closely focused on text printing. Also, think about your specific preferences.

If you a digital photografer and you want results that approach professional photofinishing, you'll need a printer that is designed to reproduce the dynamic range of photographs.

3. Multifunction Printers ?

If you have a bussines you can consider multifunction printers.
These models combine an inkjet or a laser printer with a copier, a scanner, and a fax machine. They save both space and money.

4. Budget

Its very importan to match your printers need with your budget.
